xmas opening times
Merry xmas and Happy new year everyone.
on the dates below our office will be closed, if you order anything from us over those dates you may get an email saying your orders been shipped as our warehouse staff are going to work some hours over xmas and the new year to get orders ready for collection on the 29th and 30th and 4th of January as we expect it to be very busy, so if you do get an email like this please bare in mind that your order although says shipped will not track until your parcel is collected by royal mail of parcel force on the 28th and 29th. after the 29th our next collection date is the 4th of January, from the 4th we will be open as normal (Mon to Sat 10am till 5pm) covid may have an impact on our staffing levels but we will 100% will be remaining open and shipping out orders.
the only problem to report at the moment is the delays for international orders to ireland and Mainland EU as you may have seen on T.V some of the ports are blocked up at the moment but hopefully, this will be sorted soon. All our UK orders are unaffected by this problem so don't worry.
we expect to be very very busy when we reopen so please be patient and we will deal with everyone's enquiries as fast as possible but this may take some time so expect some delays in replies from us until we get back on top of things.

1/3/21 - Closed - Sunday
from the 4th open Monday to Saturday as normal.
