WHERE IS MY ORDER?
This is the most common question that we are asked - it is understandable that you want to get shooting as quickly as possible! All of our items are shipped with one of the following methods:
- Standard Saver Delivery
This is via Royal Mail 2nd class and is generally 3- 5 days, please however allow 10 days before contacting us.
- Royal Mail 1st class
This is generally a 1 - 3 business day service, however this is by no means guaranteed. 1st class post can be subject to delays which are completely out of our control. Please allow at least 1 full week after despatch before contacting us asking where your parcel is.

International customers please note: We are unable to ship any BB guns to international destinations due to problems with customs in the past. We can ONLY ship airsoft accessories (excluding gas canisters and CO2 capsules). Please do not place orders for BB guns, as the order will not be shipped and you will be refunded.
Do you have a problem with your purchase? Not a problem, we are more than happy to sort it out for you! Please contact us BEFORE sending any item back to us. Returned items need to be sent back to us with an accompanying returns form which you obtain by e-mailing us at email@example.com
PLEASE NOTE: If you have not contacted our customer services team either by e-mail or the Contact Us form below and not received authorization then your return will not be processed and will be sent back to you at your own cost. We do not process unauthorized returned items under any circumstances, with no exceptions.
